Last weekend Carly and Brendan started a new chapter in their lives and what a great start! They married in the catholic church in Everett followed by a great reception party in Crossroads in Snohomish. Crossroads (also known as Thomas Family Farms) has a beautiful barn and was the perfect setting for a fun party. The food was great, the beer flowed and the smiles were everywhere.

Carly & Brendan thank you for including me in your special day. The love you two have for each other is so sweet and genuine. Not in the big lavish in-your-face kind of way, but in the little sideways glances, Brendan’s reassuring hand on the small of your back Carly, the big belly laughs and scrunched up noses. You two are the real deal and I am so happy I got to be there to document your wedding day.

I knew I was going to get on well with you both when our initial meeting in my office turned into a two and a half hour chat over a handful of beers 🙂 Your engagement shoot at the fire station was a lot of fun and a first for me and by the end of your wedding day I felt like we’d known each other for ever. You two are such special people and I truly hope you will stay in touch and that we can find an excuse to get together again before too long! I hope you enjoy looking at this handful of your photographs whilst on your honeymoon.
